फ्लोरीकल्चर सहकारी संस्था लिमिटेडले आफ्ना सदस्यहरुलाई गुणस्तरिय पुष्प उत्पादन गर्न बिभिन्न समयमा आवश्यकताका आधारमा तालिमहरुको आयोजना गर्ने गर्दछ यसै अनरुप नयाँ आर्थिक बर्ष २०२÷०३ को शरुवात मै नर्सरी ब्यवसायी तथा ताजा फल (कट फलावर) उत्पादकहरुलाई उत्पादनको आधार बिन्दु माटो र पानीको पि.एच. र ई.सी.को परिचय र यसले बोट विरुवाहरुको बृद्धि बिकासमा पार्ने प्रभाव र खाधतत्व र बालिसंरक्षण सम्वन्धि ३ दिने तालिम मिति २०८३ भाद्र ५ देखि ७ गतेसम्म आरम्भ रेष्टुरेन्ट तथा उत्पादक किसानको फर्म समेत गै आयोजना गरि सम्पन्न गरियो । सो तालिममा प्रशिक्षकको रुपमा राईज एन साईन बायोफर्म, पुणे, भारतका २ जना प्रशिक्षकको प्रशिक्षणमा तालिम सौहार्द रुपमा सम्पन्न गरिएको थियो ।

Floriculture Cooperative Sastha Limited organizes various trainings for its member’s by on the requirements basis to produce quality flowers. Accordingly, at the beginning of the new fiscal year 2082/083, nursery growers and fresh cut flowers  growers the training held about the pH and E.C. of soil and water as the basis of production. And the introduction of EC and its effect on the growth and development of plants and 3-day training related to nutrition and crop protection were organized from 5th to 7th of Bhadra 2083, starting with Arambha restaurants and growers firms. The training was completed facilitation under the training of 2 trainers from Rise N Shine Bio farm, Pune, India.
